No pictures, but Manny’s Pale Ale and Left Hand Milk Stout have been great this weekend.
Bearden Brewhouse Dracula Tears raspberry sour. At 7.4% And several of them, I’m about to be done posting on the internet for this evening
My two go to-s lately have been good old La fin dumonde and sesmic tremor lager.
That’s one of their staples. It’s decent but if you get a chance to try out any other Dallas breweries I highly suggest Celestial or Odd Muse… If you’re in Ft Worth I assume you’ve heard of Turning Point or False Idol. Both also make some great beers.
Thanks for the tips. ‘‘Twas a short trip and I’m back in CA.
Just wanna give a shoutout to Rouleur Brewing, a relatively new local (North County, San Diego (Carlsbad)) brewery that’s been cranking out some awesome beers and are super supportive of the local cycling scene.
Grimm Lambo Door
Shoutout to my local microbrewery, ride by it after every workout:

But I keep asking for a real Bavarian Hefeweizen. And they delivered, big time. Last night I had a taste and they nailed it, made from two German hops. Tastes of cloves and bananas. Took me back to München. Ein maß bier!
Stayed in Bloomington, IN last night before the Karst Crusher and hit Upland Brewing…my flight was Patio Cat (Summer Ale), Campside Pale Ale, Juiced In Time NEIPA and Dragonfly IPA. All quite tasty….
Went out for a hike. After:
Kids are in town, one ordered a Shirley Temple and was our driver.
The other ordered a Belgium Sour:
Tasty.
I ordered the 1-2 knockout punch:
Good stuff.
Fin du Monde gives my liver PTSD from university (McGill) but love the Unibroue stuff. Nice!
Yeah…love most of the Unibroue stuff…except they made a La fin Dumonde IPA…why mess with perfection?
Last night I had a Tropical Hazy New England IPA from local Waterman Brewing Company.
Bud is my favourite
