I’d appreciate any help with interpreting this graph. I just had Adaptive Training enabled. I know the difference between the different types of workouts (endurance, tempo, etc). But what are the numbers and what is the X-axis scale?

Those are Progression Levels! They represent your current relative abilities in each training zone at your current FTP, as demonstrated by recent workouts you’ve completed. They help Adaptive Training to customize your upcoming workouts to be optimal for you. Check out this article for more info!
