What to do when my training plan is ending during crit season?

I just realized that my current training plan ends this week and I’m not sure what to do next. I feel like I’ve been making good progress and I’m in the middle of crit season and I want to keep doing the work. Should I just keep up doing a couple of Vo2 sessions each week (crits are on Sunday) or are there plans that are geared to where I’m at right now?

There’s no better plan than one that’s tailored to your life, goals, and schedule.

I’d recommend using Plan Builder to build out a new custom plan to follow. This way, you can add in each of your upcoming events and they will be considered to ensure that you’re doing the right work at the right time, and resting when needed.
