Workout Creator - Mac OS Catalina AdobeAir Issue

Is anyone facing Adobe Air issue on Catalina? I receive AdobeAir framework broken error.

Workout Creator - Adobe air not working on Mac

Since upgrading to the latest version of macOS Catalina 10.15.4 adobe Air is no longer working and thus I can’t use workout creator. Does anyone know of a workaround for adobe air on Mac or another way to create custom workouts for TR?

There’s a post with a work around. Didn’t see the same screens as the post shows but I followed the steps and it works now.
