Workout creator won't launch

Hi, I am running TR on a 2017 Macbook Pro with OS10.14.

I have loaded Adobe Air, downloaded WC but when I try to launch it nothing happens. I have read other threads, here and elsewhere, and have for example, deleted everything and restarted the process of download and install, installed the older v28 of Adobe Air etc. but still the same result.

Anyone having this problem or know what I am doing wrong?

macOS Catalina doesn’t support adobe air- it’s a known issue and there is a work around
