Workout following 89 TSS Outside ride

I’m 62. Did an outside 2 hour group ride today. Rated it as moderate but there were some hard sprints and hard short punchy climb efforts…etc. TR gave a TSS of 89. Question is what level TSS/ride should I do tomorrow. Train now is recommending a 4.0 78 VO2 workout. I’ve scheduled a VO2 workout for Friday/Sat.

Do you have a power meter? Or is TR estimating TSS? The reason I ask is that 89 TSS for hours / 44.5 TSS for an hour is an IF = ~.67, which is a moderate endurance pace.

If the above is correct, and you aren’t following a plan, then do whatever ride you feel up to and pricks your fancy
