I’m in. If the weather is not miraculously great that day, then I’ll ride outside. Did -1 last year, aiming for the full thing this time. Am less fit, FTP is way lower, so the numbers seem somehow more achievable. I’ll give it my best and will tackle a long Zwift Route along the way.

I was considering jumping in, but just checked and all 3 variations of Disaster are listed as “Not Recommended” so I guess I will have to pass. Blame TR and AI.
Okay, so I looked at the workout. Disaster -1 and -2 variations are tagged as “breakthrough” for me. If I want a big ol’ indoor ride on Saturday, this would certainly be it. I AM going into a recovery week on Monday. Thinking…

It’s rite of taint passage
I’m sitting on the fence between Disaster and Disaster -1. Mostly just not sure I want to spend that extra hour on the trainer.
I also just signed up for a month of Netflix and am kicking myself for binging the 3rd season of The Witcher. I should have saved it for Saturday
-1 is still plenty of work and rewarding.
It may be too late for this, but I did -2 a few weeks before my big planned date to decide whether I was going to do the full or the minus 1.
My calendar tells me this is tomorrow. Is there an official/group start time and discord link? I’m in for a “minus” version.

Disaster -1 completed. I had to put the fireworks in erg mode. Got nowhere near the target. This is the third year now. Good luck to all those who will be giving it a go today.

Done. Skipped some of the recoveries due to time constraints. Played around with the intensity according to my zwift route.

November and December on the work/life front have been total shitshows for me, which has really affected my sleep and motivation on the bike. I don’t think any version of Disaster is feasible for me at this point, which is really disappointing. However, I am cheering for everyone making an attempt today!
