First time doing WWDD. I decided to go for the long version and just see what happened. It actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. That said, my legs will likely disagree tomorrow morning.
I kept it on ERG until I hit the sweet spot/sprint section as I figured it’d be easier to do those 8 second sprints with ERG turned off. Like others I could’t quite nail the fireworks. I was supposed to hit 660 on them but ended up only getting at/above that on 4 of the 10 (averaged 644 with a range of 603-703)
Breakfast/Pre-Ride Nutrition: ~70 mg of carbs + 50 mg of caffeine + a glass of water
On-Bike Nutrition: ~300 mg of carbs (gatorade, gummy worms, and a cliff bar) + 50 mg of caffeine + ~2 L of fluid (a little less than a bottle per hour)
