Did anyone do the Inscyd test workout on Zwift today. I was thinking of doing it but I don’t have ERG mode on my rollers so I could not participate.
It is a structured group workout led by a coach. It produces a fit file that you can send to someone for a 30 minute consulting on the results. 3 analyses where given away free to random participants. I didn’t see a cost mentioned but was wondering if anyone did it and what they thought of it.
