Is it normal for a non diabetic to have blood glucose levels in 200s during intense bike rides? Does it mean we aren’t fueling ourselves correctly and our bodies have to work extra hard to support?

I’ve worn a glucose monitor for long rides before. I recall my blood glucose was pretty steady during the ride, despite eating tons of sugar throughout. It did spike pretty good on the drive home, however. I have another monitor in my cupboard and should experiment again.
