Carb loading is fun...for the first 5 hours or so

I tend do carb load with things like pasta and oatmeal the night before and morning of as much as possible and eat a banana just prior to heading out for any important long rides. This allows me to delay the gels/chews/energy bars on the road as much as possible which has worked for me well in terms of stomach comfort.

And finally, monsieur, a wafer-thin mint.
