A recent TR podcast mentioned issues with dry mouth.
Try this simple remedy : hold a pencil between your front teeth, so with your mouth slightly open. Let the tip of your tongue float just behind your bottom front teeth. Wait about 5 seconds. Saliva will naturally flow into your mouth. Try to replicate this position (without the pencil) whenever you need it. Simple… and used successfully since i read it in a training book by Eddy Borysewicz, bought on a trip to the US circa 1989.
