Ok first issue at login screen: says "username/email* but only accepts username
Thanks Pete. I’ve applied.
It looks like the calendar annotation bars are fixed height. If the text of the annotation is lengthy, it spills outside the annotation bar. Can the bar be made variable height? Or maybe fixed height but limit the text displayed (tap on it to see the full text of the annotation)?
When I tap on a workout already in the calendar it doesn’t load the workout image (spinning circle) - I gave up after one minute
Then when I tap “load workout” it just goes blank, never loads the workout.
I’m on a Samsung Galaxy S8 active running Android 9 and connected to WiFi.
I was able to log in with my username (just now), Android 9, Moto X4.
Within the Google store I was already a beta user for the TR android app but now it no longer says I’m in the beta program for some reason. And theres no where when I open TR in google store that I can reapply for some strange reason. I appear to have been “removed” from the beta program.
I havent received the Beta in PlayStore, i filled Out the Form, ist there something Special to do?
Me neither
@GeorgeAnderson This is a special closed beta, so we are only adding via the request link. We will roll this out to all the regular Android Beta users soon, but right now we are keeping the testing group small.
@fl33tStA I am adding from the form list as we speak, should have an update for you in just a little while.
I filled in the form earlier today Pete.
Thanks for the feedback so far, and please keep it coming! I just added another batch of testers, please check the email you have associated with Google Play for instructions on how to get access!
@GeorgeAnderson Shoot me a PM with your Google Play email and I’ll make sure you are in this first round,
Just pm’d you
When I try to load a scheduled workout I just get a black screen. I’m unable to do anything and have to close the app. Then when I go back into the scheduled workout it just keeps spinning and the workout chart never appears…
I have the same experience as described above, no workout is loading. I did let the app sit for 10-15 mins during the syncing. During that time the app crashed/closed once and I reopened it.
Exactly the same here - and by this point, the ‘loading’ spinner had gone for me. FWIW, testing on a Moto G4.
I have the same experience with loading a workout; blank screen
When I load the Workout list, it appears to be trying to download your entire workout library so I can scroll through all 2000+ workouts. This caused the app to crash several times. It’s, arguably, not useful to show a list of all workouts
