Was watching a documentary last night and they brought up the benefits of eating spinach on improving strength, turns out the chemical in it which causes this has been used by body builders for years, doesn’t have the downsides that anabolic steroids do, and also isn’t a banned substance.
Has anyone tried this or heard of pro cyclists using it? sounds like a safer way to boost lean mass and improve performance without resorting to illegal means, and yes I realise its still not a natural way to improve, no one is going to eat 9 pounds of spinach a day to get the same gains as a pill
