Has anyone tried Lactigo gel (lactigo.com)? If so, how was your experience vs. PR Lotion?
Not sure how much was focused on long endurance rides, but we have a range of discussion on AMP PR Lotion, if you haven’t already read it.
Thanks Chad. I saw that thread last year. I use PR Lotion for hard efforts and on race day. I saw a review of Lactigo on The Feed website (thefeed.com). Thinking about giving a try since it uses carnosine instead of sodium bicarb. I wonder if you could use both on long endurance races.
