My take is that it would need
WLv2 (probably years away from realization) and
plan builder not being tied to predefined TR plans
to make TR work better for you without the need to manually adjust.
I think much of the AI talk is exaggerated marketing / doesnโt meet the expectations. I gave my critics in the other thread (you can expand the boxes below to get the complete picture):
I really like the updated UI and plan builder process but I agree with many above that the resulting plan doesnโt seem very individualized. I assume it always starts with 2 intense workouts per week in easiest setting no matter what. And from there itโs always 3 intense days (which you need to manually set back per masters switch if you only want 2) plus some endurance.
When playing with all kinds of settings it becomes clear to me that itโs more rigidly aligned some pre defined plan strucโฆ
I think youโd need to define your terms first.
It totally makes sense to me that TR would implement their philosophy on training in TR plans and not just play back what people do anyway.
The thing is that since AT TR is claiming โto give you the right workout every timeโ (https://youtu.be/c15eVK29bj0?si=bCZbZmmDfECRFDsa )
And with personalizes custom training plans to analyze my whole training history and โwhat works best to make you fasterโ (https://youtu.be/P7QDKwLLyGs?si=7V_ZGn-Fh6YLWPNo )โฆ
