Red Light Green Light: Request for "burned out" athletes!

Runs are considered!

I’d say run support is like version 0.5 where cycling support is a solid 1.0 release. Please give us feedback on RLGL as you go through your training!

Amazing! Thanks

Swims too? Guessing not because those don’t come in the same was as runs.

Swims aren’t counted but that’s planned fairly soon. We know that’s a hole in the product.

Are you happy to use someone’s data who has put TR on pause while they regather the pieces of health/training? I cooked the goose late last year, not due to TR, but while using it.

Also, @Nate_Pearson I like the simple “red light, green light” :love_you_gesture:

@Nate_Pearson, what about “The Performance Keeper” or “The Crossing Keeper” ?

Dynamite Blue (can’t believe it hasn’t been suggested yet…)

Heck. Just call it the danger zone.

Or the nogo zone.

“If Keeman doesn’t ease up a bit, he’s sure to find himself on a one-way ticket to the nogo zone.”

What if you don’t “feel like” you’ve been burnt out but just want TR to have a look and see?

I like the option to set how aggressive it is. Was thinking earlier that I haven’t felt challenged with my current plan but I also haven’t started to get back to swimming or running after doing virtually nothing last year. I was thinking about starting to pick slightly higher PL workouts and pushing it myself but the idea that something else is analyzing that and suggesting based on pushing is appealing. I’ve mentioned it before but the mental aspect of AT suggesting something and say “productive” has really helped get through stuff I likely would have bailed on before.

Only time I felt I really burned out ('14-'15?) was also a time I cut a ton of weight fast and don’t think I had a good balance. I don’t think it was as TR that did it even though I was following a plan at the time.

Cutting weight again and ignoring the run and swim portions of a tri plan once I start those again, so not sure I’m who you’re looking for, but hey down to get picked apart on a podcast :grin:

@Nate_Pearson
Will this be able to warn athletes that do long events Ultras, Grand Fandos, etc… on time off in the future? I think about race I have done like the DAMN 240 or Unbound 200, and how it is hard to judge when to start firing up training again.
