Hallo in another thread I was advised to take some nutrition during the workouts. I am training for half ironman low volume and was wondering what nutrition you can recommend. I was thinking of the following two products:
#1 one bottle of PowerBar Isoactive during the rides (1-1,5h)
#2 one drink of PowerBar Recovery 2.0 only after intense workouts
any complaints
